The self-propelled dredger of the TSHD-2000 project is a modern, powerful, economical vessel, which is a synthesis of new technical solutions and operational experience of previously built dredging vessels of this class.

The self-draining bilge dredger, named after the outstanding Soviet and Russian statesman Yuri Maslyukov, is intended for the Arkhangelsk branch of FSUE Rosmorport.
The construction of a new dredger has become a serious contribution to the development of the Northern Sea Route and the Arctic zone. Yuri Maslyukov will be able to work in the harsh climate of the northern region. FSUE "Rosmorport"; plans to use a dredging vessel to maintain the specified navigational depths and ensure the safety of navigation in the water area and approaches to the seaport of Arkhangelsk, as well as for the purpose of carrying out repair dredging in the seaport of Sabetta.
