Since 2020, on the initiative of the Museum of the World Ocean, the All-Russian campaign "Victory Hooter" has been held in memory of the unprecedented feat of the Soviet people during the Great Patriotic War. For the third year, at exactly 12 o'clock on Victory Day, victory horns have been sounding on all ships of the Museum, the United Shipbuilding Corporation and ships of the Northern, Black Sea and Baltic fleets. Branches and subsidiaries of FSUE "Rosmorport" also take part in the action.
We honor the memory of all who gave their lives in the name of Victory. The significance and greatness of their feat will not be erased by years. The Russian people are proud of the courage and steadfastness of their grandfathers and great-grandfathers who defended the independence of our Motherland!
