Working boat with ice reinforcement "Anatoly Klimov" of the ST23WIM-N project
Purpose
Hybrid working boat using the electric propulsion system of the ST23WIM-H project is designed for:
- surveys of shipping lanes;
- delivery of commissions, crew members and their families;
- inspection and environmental monitoring of water areas;
- participation in rescue operations;
- if necessary, delivery and removal of pilots from ships, as well as pilotage on shipping lanes.

Advantages of the vessel
- The vessel can be operated year-round for its intended purpose in non-freezing seas and in summer the period in freezing seas in a temperate marine climate at the following design temperatures: outside air from -20 °C to +35 °C; seawater from -2 °C to +15 °C.
- A hybrid propulsion system is used on the vessel. The introduction of rowing electric motors /halogenators into the existing main power plant ensures movement at speeds up to 6 knots without the operation of the main engines and movement at maximum speeds without the operation of diesel generators.
The hybrid working boat "Anatoly Klimov" was built by order of FSUE "Rosmorport" for operation in the seaport of Vanino.
