Occupational safety and health control system

The occupational health and safety management system at the plant has been successfully functioning since the beginning of the company's work from 01.05.2015, developing and constantly improving on the basis of laws and regulations of the Russian Federation, as well as in accordance with local regulations.

Factory workers:

They undergo mandatory training and briefings on labor protection and fire safety, and workers, when applying for a job, undergo a mandatory internship at the workplace. At the same time, the plant's employees are informed about working conditions in the workplace, about the presence of harmful and dangerous production factors, about the risk to health and are trained in safe techniques and methods of work.

Preliminary and periodic medical examinations are carried out if harmful and dangerous production factors may occur during their work, and those engaged in work with sources of increased danger and periodic psychiatric examination.

Receive personal protective equipment, in accordance with the order of the director.

They receive milk if their work involves exposure to harmful production factors, as well as other guarantees and compensations - additional leave, shorter working hours, etc.

The plant operates a 3-step method of monitoring the state of labor protection, industrial and fire safety. According to this method, each master monitors the state of labor protection at the workplace on a daily basis, the production manager - weekly together with the authorized labor protection department, and once a month compliance with the established labor protection requirements is checked by a comprehensive commission consisting of labor protection and fire safety specialists, as well as specialists of the power-mechanical service and others as necessary..

In addition, as a rule, once a month, comprehensive inspections of the state of labor protection, industrial and fire safety are carried out at each order under construction, modernized or repaired. That is, the plant's occupational safety management system is aimed at creating favorable working conditions that prevent the occurrence of accidents and occupational diseases in the course of production activities.
